We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards through paypal.

We need to hold your order details on our secure internal computer system, but we never pass your data on to a third party.

Delivery Details

Postage and Packaging is free to all UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for details of delivery costs to other locations outside of the UK and we will provide you with a quote.

Normally items will be dispatched by standard second class post in the UK. Some items may be dispatched by courier. You should allow up to 5 working days before dispatch and an appropriate delivery time, however, we always try to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Packaging

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible by recycling packaging. However, although it may have been used previously, it will always be suitable and safe for your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. A full refund will be given, however, the return postage will not normally be refunded. Refunds are made by the same method as that used for the purchase.

Out of stock items

If an item is live on our website we try and keep a good stock level. Sometimes however, an item may be unavailable when you place your order. If this is the case we will always contact you and discuss if you want to wait, or delete the item from your order.
